Sales Specialist - Concerts / Events

Responsible for securing a steady pipeline of events by building relationships with organizers, promoters, and rights holders. Main objective is to maximize venue occupancy and drive revenue by booking concerts, sporting events, corporate functions, and other live entertainment.

  • Develop strong relationships with concert promoters, talent agencies, sports federations, and event organizers.
  • Pitch Arena Milano as a premier venue for large-scale international and domestic events.
  • Strategically fill the venue’s event calendar, balancing high-profile bookings with smaller-scale events.
Facility Management Lead
  • Maintenance of buildings, care of green spaces, maintenance of technical systems and safety equipment in the venue, and ensuring their usability as sports and event venues
  • Disciplinary management of their department (teams of Technical Service, Building Services,Control Center)
  • Planning maintenance and repairs for large-scale systems and commissioning externalservice providers
  • Planning needs in the area of building cleaning and commissioning external service providers
IT Lead

Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the IT infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure systems. Acts as the liaison with the external DataProtection Officer and ensures internal compliance with GDPR requirements and data protection coordination. 

  • Management/ensuring of technical infrastructure and license administration
  • Ensuringoperational and data security, including firewall and server management
  • Provision andsale of IT services to event organizers; implementation of purchased ITservices
  • Planning,setup/management, and maintenance of LAN/WLAN networks
  • Technicalsupport for employees (workstation PCs), including creating all relevantprofiles and access credentials
  • Management ofthe infrastructure for various systems (e.g., POS systems, access controlsystems, telephone systems)

Sponsorship Management Internship

Partner withSponsorship lead for developing and executing a sponsorship sales strategy. 

  • Create tieredsponsorship (naming rights, premium partnerships) packages including skyboxes,corporate club and other VIP corporate products
  • Identify andpitch to potential corporate partners- Negotiatesponsorship contracts, pricing, etc.

Brand Marketing Internship 

Partner with Marketing Director for managing the e-commerce presence and maintaining social media channels. Works closely with organizers to promote events through arena channels.

  • Development of cross-departmental marketing concepts for events
  • Creation ofvisual content for various marketing channels, including print and online media
  • Maintenance anddesign of the venue websites, including content management
  • Targeted email marketing, creation of editorial plans, and distributionof newsletters
  • Generation of newcustomer data and contact lists
  • Development and implementation of social media strategies to enhancebrand presence and support marketing campaigns
