Head of Beverage
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for shaping an exceptional guest experience across our iconic venue.
- Beverage Strategy & Quality: Lead the creation and execution of an innovative, high-quality beverage programme across all bars, lounges, and events
- Inventory & Cost Management: Oversee procurement, stock control, and supplier relations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a passionate beverage team, fostering service excellence and deep product knowledge
- Menu Development & Innovation: Collaborate on crafting seasonal, trend-driven menus that reflect Arena Milano’s brand and guest preferences
- Operational Excellence & Compliance: Design efficient workflows and ensure all operations meet health, safety, and licensing standards
Procurement Manager
Reporting to the Arena's Finance Manager, you will lead cross-departmental sourcing activities and support operational excellence at Arena Milano.
- Procurement Strategy & Operations: Manage the full procurement cycle—from sourcing and negotiations to order placement and delivery—ensuring alignment with internal policies and budgets
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across categories (F&B, technical equipment, cleaning, merchandise, etc.) and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Inventory & Cost Control: Coordinate with various teams to align purchases with real demand, monitor stock levels, and reduce waste through efficient restocking
- Budget Oversight & Reporting: Collaborate with Finance to track procurement spend, generate performance reports, and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to meet ongoing and event-specific procurement needs in a timely and cost-effective manner
Sales Manager - Concerts / Events
Responsible for securing a dynamic and high-value pipeline of events for the Arena Milano. Your focus will be on building strong industry relationships and positioning the venue as a top choice for large-scale concerts, corporate functions, and other live entertainment experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with concert promoters, talent agencies, sports federations, rights holders, and event organisers to generate new opportunities and customer loyalty
- Pitch and promote Arena Milano as a premier venue for national and international concerts, entertainment events, and corporate experiences
- Strategically manage the event calendar, balancing iconic headline events with niche or smaller-scale bookings to ensure consistent venue activation
- Lead negotiations and secure booking agreements, ensuring profitable deals that align with the venue’s strategic and commercial goals
Facility Management Lead
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our iconic venue. From technical systems and building upkeep to green spaces and event readiness, you will ensure that Arena Milano remains a top-tier space for sports and entertainment. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate external service providers to deliver efficient, high-quality facility operations.
- Maintenance of buildings, care of green spaces, maintenance of technical systems and safety equipment in the venue, and ensuring its usability as a sports and event venue
- Disciplinary management of the department (teams of technical service, building services, control center)
- Planning maintenance and repairs for large-scale systems and commissioning external service providers
- Planning needs in the area of building cleaning and commissioning external service providers
IT Lead
Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the IT infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure systems. You will be the link to the external Data Protection Officer and ensure internal compliance with the requirements of the GDPR and the coordination of data protection activities.
- Management/ensuring of technical infrastructure and license administration
- Ensuring operational and data security, including firewall and server management
- Provision and sale of IT services to event organizers; implementation of purchased IT services
- Planning, setup/management, and maintenance of LAN/WLAN networks
- Technical support for employees (workstation PCs), including creating all relevant profiles and access credentials
- Management of the infrastructure for various systems (e.g., POS systems, access control systems, telephone systems)
- Planning support requirements for event days and commissioning external service providers as needed
Project Management & Marketing Intern
You will support the internal teams in the day-to-day management of projects, communication and marketing activities, and the creation of corporate materials. This 6-month internship offers a cross-functional experience, allowing you to contribute to both operational and marketing-related tasks. You’ll collaborate with various departments, depending on the type and phase of projects tied to the opening of Arena Milano.
- Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects (including events, internal initiatives, and structural activities)
- Assist in preparing project documentation and corporate presentations
- Help develop marketing and communication materials for internal and external use
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external suppliers
- Participate in team meetings and on-site visits
- Assist in data collection, reporting, and basic analysis
