Arena Milano is situated in Milano Santa Giulia, a vibrant new urban district in southeast Milan. The arena is easily accessible by metro, suburban rail, bus, tram and car. For international visitors, Milan Linate Airport is just minutes away, while Malpensa and Bergamo airports are also well connected to the city.

If you have lost an item at an event, please contact us: lostproperty@arenamilano.it.
Items will be kept in lost property for one month. If after this time the property is not collected it will be recycled, sent to a charity shop or destroyed if it contains sensitive data.
Arena Milano is unable to permit the following electronic devices or accessories into the arena and may be required to extend this on an event-by-event basis:
Professional-type cameras (defined as; a bridge camera, DSLR or any camera fitted with a detachable zoom lens and/or tripod). N.B. with the exception of officially accredited photographers covering the event.
Devices which permit streaming, video or audio recording
iPads and Tablet devices of any size
GoPro! or similar devices
Any other electronic device with camera and/or filming capability
Selfie Sticks – due to safety considerations and so as not to impact the view of other customers.
Mobile phones are permitted into the venue but customers may be requested to turn these off or refrain from capturing images by the promoter. Disruption to other customers through the continued use of electronic devices or mobile phones may result in the ticketholder being removed from the venue.
We strongly recommend you just come and enjoy the concert and don't bring a camera to avoid any issues. Flash photography is prohibited across various events and shows.
Each guest is normally allowed to bring a small bag. At some events there may be other rules set by the promotor, so it is always recommended to check our website when purchasing and in the days before the event.
Neither food nor drink can be taken into the arena from outside the building. A range of hot and cold food and drinks are available throughout the Arena.
The following items are not allowed to be brought to events at Arena Milano.

Noise producing devices
Flashlights
Laser pen
Drone, remote control plane
Small electric vehicle, electric scooter, Segway, skateboard, etc.
Posters, flags and banners larger than 30 x 50 cm
Posters/banners attached to poles
Food brought with you
Large backpacks and/or bags
Folding chair/Camping chair
Umbrellas
Selfie sticks
Bottles, cans and containers
Animals, with the exception of guide dogs
Posters, banners and other items with inappropriate language, political, religious or commercial messages or degrading characterization of people and organizations
Other bans may be imposed by the organizer at certain events. This will then be informed specifically for the individual event. These exceptions are in addition to the points above.
You are responsible for not bringing items that are in violation of the event's regulations. In cases where you bring items that are not permitted, these may be confiscated. In some cases, such items may be stored at the security checkpoint. Please note that this is done at the owner's own risk and responsibility. Arena Milano is not responsible for the loss or damage to items that are handed in for storage.
Guests are welcome to display banners or signs provided they are not attached to sticks or poles and do not:
Contain politically motivated, religious or obscene messages.
Hinder, interfere or impair other guests’ view.
Cover existing signage.
Contain any commercial messages.]
Arena Milano is a no smoking building. Smoking within the Arena, inc. E-Cigarettes, is prohibited. Arena Milano may offer a pass-out system to permit customers to exit and re-enter the Arena for smoking, however this will be decided on an event-by-event basis.
On occasions where a pass out system is in operation, please retain your ticket at all times as this will be used for exit and re-entry.

Yes, as long as the smartphone is damage-free because the scanning machines are sensitive.
Arena Milano is only liable for the sale of tickets from our web sites (arenamilano.it) our box offices, via the event promotor and ticket suppliers. We strongly advise you against the purchase of tickets from any other service or seller because we cannot guarantee the validity or the existence of the ticket and, you risk paying much more than the face value of the ticket.
The ticket scanners scan each ticket for a unique EAN code upon entry on the day of the event. The EAN code can only be used once and a person using a copy of a ticket will be refused entry. You cannot check in advance whether a ticket is valid or not.
FanSALE is a secure way to buy and sell tickets secondhand for events sold through Ticketone. It is a marketplace where you enter directly into the event’s purchase flow, which means that tickets bought and sold are always official and the price of tickets is always the same as the original price.
No, it is only when the ticket has been scanned at the Arena that you will know that the ticket is valid.
Purchased tickets cannot be redeemed. If an event is cancelled a ticket can be redeemed at the point of purchase.
Tickets are not ‘personalized’ unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Where a promotor chooses to personalize tickets for an event, you will be informed of it on the event page. In such a case, if your name appears on the ticket you will be asked to provide valid identification to gain entry to the Arena.
During the ticket purchase you are asked to provide contact information, which gives us the possibility to contact you if any changes occur in regard to the event.
We also publish the information on our social media channels and on our website. Please note that we cannot foresee events that might lead to cancellation. This type of information is normally handled by the promoter in charge, who then passes on the information to us. If there are uncertainties regarding any specific event, we kindly ask you to contact the promoter directly.
If the arena has a different name at the time of your visit, your ticket will still be valid regardless of whether the old arena name is on the ticket.

All the main entrances into the venue, apart from Entrance 3, are accessible via ramp or elevator. Please speak to a member of the team outside the venue when you arrive should you need any assistance.
Accessible parking will be located in the parking garage adjacent to Arena Milano. Please follow the signs upon arrival.
Vehicles taller than 2,10 meters are not permitted to park at Arena Milano.
Guide or assistance dogs are allowed to accompany their owners to the accessibility seats in the arena. If you wish to book this type of seat, please contact the ticketing company responsible for selling the tickets to the event and they will be happy to assist you.
All handicap toilets are equipped with baby changing tables.
During most events at our arenas, Arena Milano rents the venue to an external organizer.
